Job summary

Scopely, a leading mobile games company, seeks a Lead Analyst / Finance Manager to own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for the LIVE Games Portfolio. The role partners with GMs, UA, Data/BI, and Finance leadership to drive portfolio decisions.

The position requires 5+ years in FP&A or related roles, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional projects. Hybrid work with global teams across time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or analytical roles with gaming/tech exposure.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; build and maintain revenue, UA, and cost models.
• Translate large datasets into KPI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for the LIVE Games Portfolio and present to senior leadership.
• Partner with GMs, UA, Data/BI, Accounting, and Finance leadership to drive decisions.
• Identify opportunities and lead process improvements and automation projects (forecasting models, KPI dashboards, reporting infra).
• Collaborate across Scopely's live games portfolio with US, EMEA, and global teams.
• Manage senior stakeholders with autonomy while delivering forecasting, close support, and variance analysis.
