Who You Are

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in FP&A and controlling. You thrive in dynamic data-driven environments and can translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership. As a strategic partner to the business you combine analytical rigor with commercial intuition to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our London office (in the Holborn area).

What You Will Do

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across the group
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports including P&L variance analysis and executive-level commentary
• Develop and refine forecasting and scenario models that incorporate key business drivers and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to enhance reporting automation and analytical tools
• Partner closely with Finance Operations and Group Accounting to streamline financial close processes and ensure accuracy
• Support finance leadership with strategic projects, investment analyses and business case development
• Continuously improve financial processes, controls and insights to support decision-making

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; a CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards
• 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or financial management – ideally within the AdTech industry
• Proven expertise in financial forecasting modeling and analysis
• Experience working with financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, Lucanet) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Track record of experience in fast‑paced high‑growth environments
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence senior stakeholders
