Who You Are

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in FP&A and controlling. You thrive in dynamic, data-driven environments and can translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership. As a strategic partner to the business, you combine analytical rigor with commercial intuition to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our London office (in the Holborn area).

What You Will Do
  • Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across the group
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L, variance analysis, and executive-level commentary
  • Develop and refine forecasting and scenario models that incorporate key business drivers and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to enhance reporting automation and analytical tools
  • Partner closely with Finance Operations and Group Accounting to streamline financial close processes and ensure accuracy
  • Support finance leadership with strategic projects, investment analyses, and business case development
  • Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and insights to support decision-making
What You Will Bring
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial management - ideally within the AdTech
  • Proven expertise in financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis
  • Experience working with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Lucanet) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills, SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Track record of experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence senior stakeholders
