Job description
Be the Architect of FP&A in a Global Business Set to Disrupt the Market
Commercial Finance Lead | £85,000–£95,000 + 25% Bonus + Private Medical + Matched Pension | Hybrid (Nottingham HQ)
IPO-bound. PE-backed. Scaling fast. This is the opportunity to build something big from the ground up.
This isn’t your standard FP&A role—it’s a launchpad. A blank canvas in a business where finance is embedded into every decision and the cadence is intense. Backed by one of the world’s most respected PE houses, they’re growing fast with major international expansion, M&A activity, and IPO-readiness already well underway.

The finance team is deeply integrated , data-led, and well-regarded across the business. This isn’t siloed FP&A—this is central to performance
They’re serious about innovation : AI-enabled modelling, SQL-based forecasting, and tech automation are part of their DNA
This team is sharp, fast-moving, and energised. The CEO wants someone with ambition—someone he’ll have to hold back , not push forward. You’ll not be boxed in. You’ll be expected to ask questions, break things, improve them, and leave a legacy. You’ll be given the space to grow—but the bar is high, and the business cadence is higher.
If you’re currently the number two in a high-growth ...
