Job summary

Michael Page are actively partnering with a long-standing client in Doncaster to recruit a Senior Finance Planning & Reporting Analyst on a permanent basis.

The role focuses on building financial models and planning frameworks, with TM1, Power BI and SQL integration. You will own forecasting, reporting and performance management, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights within a hybrid working pattern (2 days onsite, 3 days at home).

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with planning and reporting expertise.
• Experience developing TM1 solutions.
• Strong analytical and data-to-insight skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Project leadership experience and change delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop TM1 environment for planning and reporting.
• Lead maintenance and enhancement of planning, forecasting, balance sheet, and cash flow models.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Power BI, and SQL teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance management improvements.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into analytical solutions.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning/reporting.
