Job summary

Raytheon UK is recruiting for a Senior FP&A role to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team in a hybrid setup based in Harlow. You will support forecasting cycles, planning processes, and management reporting, partnering with finance teams and senior stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to both UK and US parent reporting, with opportunities to drive improvements and develop through enterprise-level projects.

Responsibilities

• RUK Forecasting.
• Lead monthly, current year, Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan reporting cycles.
• Be the organisation’s expert on financial forecasts.
• Support Monthly Reporting Requirements.
• Lead internal Raytheon UK and US Parent Company reporting including Ops Pack, AOP and LRP.
• Deliver Month End and Pre-Month end reports for efficient close.
• Manage quarterly reporting including SJE, US Tax Group returns, plus ad hoc analysis.
• Supervise and mentor the Finance graduate.
• Suggest process improvements and lead special projects.
• Prepare insightful ad hoc financial analysis for key decisions.
• Collaborate with peers and senior stakeholders to maximise processes.
