Job summary

Lawhive is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling for a fast-scaling multi-entity group across the UK and US. You will partner with finance leadership and senior stakeholders to drive performance insights and strategic decision-making.

This role requires building scalable FP&A tools, leading budgeting cycles, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations in a high-growth startup environment.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Own group-level forecasting across revenue, headcount, costs and cash flow.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and investment decisions.
• Analyse performance trends and highlight risks, opportunities and drivers.
• Lead scenario modelling, long-range planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Provide commercial input on new initiatives and operational decisions.
• Build relationships and support decision-making with high-quality data.
• Run budgeting cycles and standardised planning processes across teams.
