Job summary

IFS Copperleaf finance team in the UK is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a close-knit, high‑calibre team. You will own forecasting, planning and reporting for Europe, partnering with UK stakeholders and the Vancouver team across time zones.

This data‑driven role focuses on turning numbers into insight, building models for ARR, backlog, churn and costs, and advancing automation with Power Platform and AI. You will mentor junior staff and influence senior leaders with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA / CIMA).
• 4-6 years FP&A, financial analysis or strategic finance experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with large data sets and data querying - SQL, Power Query / M.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance business partner to leaders across the business.
• Explain performance by connecting revenue, cost, headcount and KPIs to commercial outcomes.
• Provide analysis behind investment cases, pricing decisions and strategic initiatives with clear recommendations.
• Be FP&A presence across Europe and UK, coordinating with Vancouver team.
• Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members.
