Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is seeking a senior FP&A individual contributor for a three-month fixed-term contract to support budgeting and reporting cycles. You will work directly with the Financial Strategy team and report to the Senior Director, Financial Strategy, and the Manager, Financial Strategy, delivering high-quality analysis from week one.

The role requires advanced spreadsheet skills, four-plus years in FP&A, autonomy, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial analysis skills.
• Experience owning budgeting and reporting end-to-end.
• Autonomy to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting with variance analysis and stakeholder-ready outputs.
• Assist annual budgeting, consolidate inputs, stress-test assumptions.
• Extract and reconcile data across finance and systems.
• Prepare Board presentations and KPI packs.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to manage cycle pressure.
