THE SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Finance Analyst supports the Head of FP&A by delivering clear financial insights, analysis, and reporting to guide business decisions. They work closely with the wider finance team to interpret results, model future performance, and highlight risks and opportunities. The role is hands‑on and analytical, turning complex data into practical recommendations for senior leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Head of FP&A in producing reliable financial plans, forecasts, and performance insights for the wider business.
  • Work with the data team to strengthen the quality and depth of financial analysis, supporting consistent data‑led decisions.
  • Update and improve forecasting and reporting models so they reflect current business drivers and strategic priorities.
  • Deliver clear financial commentary to senior leaders, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities in performance.
  • Collaborate across the finance function to streamline forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis throughout the financial cycle.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
  • Strong capability in building financial models that reflect real business drivers and performance.
  • >Self‑motivated, structured, and meticulous in approach.
  • Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders and applying solid accounting knowledge.
  • Over five years in FP&A, with added value from data cleansing and statistical analysis experience.
