Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI deployments within our assigned business division, from discovery and scoping through design, build and production rollout.
• Embed with business stakeholders to translate complex domain requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to leadership.
• Architect, build, and deploy AI applications powered by LLMs and generative AI.
• Write and review production-grade code across frontend and backend systems for scalability and data stewardship.
• Co-develop and enhance our shared AI service platform with the central AI & Innovation Lab.
• Feed field insights to inform product roadmaps and surface areas for improvement.
• Drive adoption by measuring production usage and measurable workflow impact.
• Present outcomes and strategic recommendations to leadership with tangible business value.

Salary: £70,000 - 82,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expertise in Generative AI, machine learning, and large language models.
