What you’ll be responsible for:

1. Process lead on continuous improvement programs such as waste, quality, and productivity.
2. Leveraging your knowledge of in-house technologies and industry processes to enable the introduction and improvement of products.
3. Leading and managing manufacturing trials from concept to launch.
4. Research & Development on product reformulations related to process change and optimization, working from development kitchen to factory trials.
5. Assessment of the product needs for any equipment changes within the factory.

What we’re looking for in you:

• At least 5 years of previous experience within the food manufacturing industry, ideally in a process role, supported by a sound technical understanding.
• Food or Science-related degree.
• Project management skills, especially in R&D projects.
• Structured and precise in work delivery and communication.
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Leadership and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical ability.
