ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager for a portfolio of Hard FM providers across multiple sites. You will ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective and customer-focused services while meeting governance requirements.

Responsibilities include supplier performance, contract management, and continuous improvement, with strong stakeholder engagement and risk management to protect service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in FM, business or related field.
• BPSS security clearance eligibility required.
• Experience managing outsourced FM providers and complex supply chains.

Aufgaben

• Manage performance, compliance and governance of multiple FM subcontractors and service providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to support service delivery.
• Monitor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve delivery bottlenecks and payment challenges.
• Ensure work orders are processed correctly through helpdesk systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across Hard FM and compliance activities.
• Identify operational risks and ensure safety and governance requirements.
• Produce performance analysis and reporting for decision-making.
