Qualifications

• Proven experience in Contract Management, Account Management, or similar leadership roles.
• Ability to pass enhanced DBS checks for schools / vulnerable environments.

Responsibilities

• Take senior ownership for the operational performance of a key contract.
• Act as the senior relationship holder, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead on H&S performance across the contract, conducting audits and compliance checks.
• Line-manage Supervisors and operational teams through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ownership of contract profitability, financial forecasting, and commercial performance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of hard FM service delivery

Technical Background in Mechanical or Electrical Service delivery

Excellent people management and team-leadership skills

Commercial awareness of reactive and planned service contracts

Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

Education

Full UK driving licence
