Job summary

Waracle is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to design and deliver end-to-end features in a hybrid role based in the UK. You will be a technical pillar in the squad, delivering modular and scalable Flutter solutions and leading complex mobile projects for clients.

You’ll work across Agile teams, mentor developers, and contribute to mobile architecture decisions, with 2 days per week in Glasgow or Dundee offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with apps published on app stores.
• Expertise in Dart and Flutter core libraries, widgets, architecture and performance.
• Strong knowledge of state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod) and REST APIs.
• Experience leading projects, setting technical direction and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and delivery of high-performance Flutter/Dart apps.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery within Agile frameworks and manage scope.
• Translate complex requirements into technical solutions and demos for clients.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers and participate in recruitment.
• Define mobile ecosystem strategies and drive adoption of best practices.
