• Develop effective concept design solutions consistent with project brief.
• Oversee production of Flood Management design.
• Supervise and mentor team members, from senior engineers to technicians.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Prepare and check feasibility studies and engineering solutions.
