Qualifikationen

• A degree in a relevant environmental, geographical, science or engineering discipline is essential.
• Chartered status with C.WEM, CEnv, CSci or CEng or evidence of working towards this is required.
• Experience delivering flood risk assessments, flood management projects and sustainable drainage solutions for Local Authority clients is highly regarded.

• Contribute to or lead the delivery of high-quality technical deliverables for clients, acting as reviewer and approver where appropriate.
• Mentor junior colleagues and oversee small project teams, balancing programme, budget and quality.
• Identify opportunities to secure new projects and extensions to existing work.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary, client-facing project meetings and present findings confidently.
• Demonstrate strong health and safety practices across the team and projects.
