Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in fixed asset accounting within Housing or Property sectors.
• Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and accounting standards relating to fixed assets.
• Ability to translate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of fixed asset processes for timely monthly reporting.
• Administer the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate accounting.
• Participate in producing annual statutory accounts liaising with auditors.
