Job summary

Loughborough Sport is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Fitness Coach to join our team, taking a leading role in shaping fitness and personal training services. You will lead and develop the Fitness Coach team, drive high standards of coaching, customer engagement and gym floor delivery, and expand our one-to-one coaching offer with energy and creativity to attract and support customers.

This role also ensures day-to-day facility operations and staff deployment with a focus on service

• Leadership and team development experience
• Strong coaching skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and reliability

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fitness Coach team to high coaching standards and gym floor delivery
• Drive growth and quality of one-to-one coaching and personal training offers
• Coordinate staff deployment and maintain excellent customer care, cleanliness and operational readiness
• Drive continual improvement and decisive leadership in daily operations
