A leading hospitality company seeks a Senior Fire Safety Manager to lead their global fire safety strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance and implementing fire safety controls. Candidates should possess a diploma in Fire Safety, proven experience, and excellent communication skills. This position requires international travel. Irwin and Colton has partnered with a world leading hospitality company (a constituent of the FTSE-100), to recruit a new Senior Fire Safety Manager, a brand-new role to the team. This company has a large global footprint with over 6,000 sites and an additional 2,000+ in development-phase. This role has been created to lead the global fire safety strategy, ensuring the company's property portfolio remains resilient and ready for both staff and customers.
As part of their wider global safety team, this role will be the main point of contact and expert, partnering closely with Directors within the Safety and Security teams, Operations, and other stakeholders across the EMEAA region. The role will require the ability to influence the global fire strategy, leading on the implementation of risk-based fire safety controls and ensure consistent delivery of world-class fire safety that protects all members.
The right candidate must be comfortable and able to do international travel as-and-when required.
