Qualifications

• Current full driving licence (infrequent travel within the UK).
• In depth knowledge of Fire Legislation.
• Strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collate findings of Fire Risk Assessments carried out by others.
• Assign Fire Risk Assessment recommendations to responsible persons.
• Monitor progress of Fire Risk Assessment recommendations to completion.
• Provide documented evidence to ensure recommendations are followed.
• Assist with Fire Legislation compliance audits.

Skills

Understanding and knowledge of current Fire Legislation

Knowledge of fire protection systems and fire protection technology

Knowledge or experience in Risk Assessments

Stakeholder Management experience

Excellent IT skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Pro-active approach to problem solving

Fire Management qualifications

Education

Fire Risk Assessment certification or relevant experience (Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor)
