Qualifications

• Fully conversant with current fire safety legislation including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.
• Registered on the national register of Fire Risk Assessors via IFE FRACS or IFSM.
• Experience as a Validator under the BAFE SP205-1 Scheme.

Responsibilities

• Undertake regular communication with Clients to coordinate inspections and works.
• Ensure buildings conform to fire related regulations and standards.
• Prepare specifications and monitor progress on site.

Skills

Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Understanding of current fire safety legislation

Driving licence

Experience carrying out fire risk assessments

Education

Minimum Level 4 qualification in fire risk management

IFE-approved fire risk assessment course
