Job summary

Hoare Lea is seeking a Fire Engineer or Senior Fire Engineer to join our UK offices (Glasgow, Bristol, Manchester or London). You will contribute to the fire safety design of high-profile buildings as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering with keen interest in Fire Engineering.
• IT literate with working knowledge of fire modelling software analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ethos.
• Ability to deliver to demanding timescales and plan effectively.

Responsibilities

• Fire safety design of buildings as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Travel to UK projects and occasional international travel.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams within UK regulations and guidance.
• Utilise evacuation, smoke and heat modelling tools to inform designs.
