A dynamic recruitment consultancy based in the UK is seeking a Senior Financial Services Trainer to develop and deliver training in their Wealth Management division. The role involves conducting training needs analysis, designing materials, and coaching financial advisers. The ideal candidate must hold an IFA Level 4 Diploma and have relevant practical experience. Field Based – with regular travel to Swindon and various UK sites (30% Travel)
£50,000 + £4,200 Car Allowance + 10% bonus + Great benefits, scope and career prospects

This field-based role involves developing and delivering both soft skills and regulatory training within their Wealth Management division. You will deliver engaging training and coaching across adviser skills, compliance and business development, mentoring individuals through their development journey and supporting the integration of new financial advisers into the business.
Specific duties will include:
To succeed in this role, you must hold the IFA Level 4 Diploma and have practical experience in wealth training, ideally with a background in providing wealth financial advice.
In addition, you will be able to work under your own initiative, adapt effortlessly to different audiences, bring energy and enthusiasm to all training activities, respond quickly to the needs of the business (often while working away from home), and consistently project a highly professional image alongside excellent training delivery skills.
