The Role
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to Planners, including onboarding, valuations and new business.
  • Prepare meeting packs, manage diaries, and complete follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate client records on CRM system.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior assistants, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support team efficiency initiatives.

  • Previous experience in a Wealth Planning/IFA support role.
