Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Financial Crime Team, focusing on sanctions. You will support the Senior Compliance Manager across financial crime activities and contribute to the development of policies and training.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to interpret complex regulations, and a proactive approach to risk management within a general insurance/London Market context.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in a compliance role with some exposure to financial crime within general insurance or the Lloyd’s/London Market.
• Or at least one year’s experience in a legal or paralegal role, with some exposure to insurance and/or sanctions matters.
• Ideally educated to degree level.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanctions and financial crime monitoring within the Financial Crime Team and support regulatory compliance.
• Assist in developing and updating financial crime policies, procedures and staff training.
• Communicate regulatory changes and provide guidance to the business to manage compliance risk.
• Prepare materials for Committee and Board submissions and contribute to Compliance Plan reporting.
