Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, CS, or STEM.
• Experience in automation, SaaS, or financial tech projects.
• Ability to interpret complex financial products and client requirements.
• Proven client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects for DocAuto, ensuring extensibility and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers on client product suites and automated solutions.
• Understand financial markets and tie client needs to our platforms.
• Communicate effectively directly with client senior leadership.
• Translate complex product requirements into clear technical tasks.
