Job summary

South West London and St Georges Mental Health Trust is seeking a finance professional with NHS finance experience to join our team. You will work with senior stakeholders to improve financial management and support data-driven decisions, including Power BI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Job description

About you You may be a CCAB qualified accountant, finalist or professionally recognised equivalent with strong financial management experience, excellent analytical skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. You will be someone who is highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and motivated by improving how finance services are delivered. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring curiosity, creativity and a practical approach to problem solving. If you enjoy challenging existing ways of working constructively, turning ideas into measurable improvements and using data to support better decisions, this could be a great opportunity for you. Experience of NHS finance, Power BI, automation or digital transformation would be valuable, but above all we are looking for someone with the enthusiasm and drive to make a difference.
