Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' post-qualification experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term brand strategy by building financial frameworks.
• Provide full financial ownership of brand P&Ls.
• Partner with Marketing Controllers to influence investment decisions.
• Lead financial governance for marketing spend.
• Support innovation and NPD launches.
• Drive alignment between marketing and sites.
• Collaborate with Value Creation on promotional performance.
• Coach and develop marketing teams.

Skills

Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CA)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Strong communication and influencing skills

Proven ability to work cross-functionally
