Bodycote is seeking a Group Functions Senior Finance Business Partner to lead monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, delivering clear performance analysis to support decision making. You will work closely with the CFO and CEO to enhance reporting accuracy, data integrity and financial controls.

You will partner with Function Heads, challenge expenditure, and support business performance across central functions while collaborating with Shared Services to improve processes and data

Qualifikationen

• Qualified finance professional with strong accounting background.
• Experience delivering month-end, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy.

• Lead monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate month-end reporting, P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Improve financial systems, data structures and reporting to drive accuracy.
• Partner with Function Heads to challenge expenditure and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Shared Services to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
