Job description
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and own our UK FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling.
  • Monitor and analyse business performance, collaborating with various departments to determine trends and report findings to senior management.
  • Construct and manage dynamic, driver-based models (e.g. 3-statement models, headcount, unit economics, etc.).
  • Work on financial reporting: partner with the accounting team to provide internal and external financial reporting materials.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and other critical meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Demonstrate rigor, precision, and a strong commercial mindset in everything you deliver.
  • Adopt a growth mindset and continuously seek to learn and apply new financial concepts.
  • Balance short-term and long-term projects with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
  • Build and nurture positive cross‑functional relationships to support informed financial decision‑making.
  • Analyze financial and subscription data to form actionable insights that drive business success.
  • Apply advanced tools and resources to improve team efficiency and streamline processes.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in FP&A, with exposure to subscription or consumer tech.
  • You bring experience from investment banking or private equity, with proven ability in financial modeling, analysis, and working with senior stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate adaptability to change.
  • You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides, with excellent communication and written skills.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualisation tools, accounting ERP systems, and FP&A systems is a plus.
