A public service organization in Hook is looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Reporting to spearhead financial reporting and planning within the UK Finance Hub. Serco is undertaking a significant finance transformation, reshaping how core finance processes are executed, governed and enabled across the UK business & we are therefore seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Reporting to lead actuals reporting and planning facilitation within the UK Finance Hub. This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for the integrity, timeliness and control of financial reporting across the UK Division and its Joint Ventures. This role drives strategic process improvement, owns critical financial controls and liaison with the external auditors and fosters effective business partnering to resolve issues and enhance transparency. As a senior leader, they are accountable for shaping the operational strategy, building and managing high‑performing on‑shore and off‑shore teams, and delivering continuous improvement in compliance and process efficiency, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement.
