Co-op Digital in Manchester is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Product Team. You’ll work across Finance, SPA and Product to shape how agile Product Teams are funded and governed, supporting growth while keeping strong controls.
This 12-month fixed-term hybrid role focuses on cost allocation, asset accounting and reporting as we scale from two to multiple Product Teams. You’ll partner with Finance BPs and Delivery Managers to close readiness gaps and ensure a clear audit trail.

You’ll work across Finance, SPA and our Product Teams, using your financial expertise and experience of agile ways of working to help shape how our Product Team model develops. It’s an opportunity to build strong relationships across the business and help create a consistent approach that supports our future growth.

We’re preparing to grow from two test-and-learn Product Teams to up to nine. Our first two teams have helped us understand what works and where we need to strengthen our approach before we grow further.
You’ll help make that happen by bringing Finance, SPA and Product colleagues together, identifying and closing readiness gaps before teams launch, and making sure our financial, asset and audit controls remain effective as the model grows.
