Job summary

You will collaborate with senior government and NHS colleagues, providing robust financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic advice to drive improvements in patient care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant financial management experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience in public sector or healthcare is preferred.
• Demonstrates proactive problem solving and independent working.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to ensure NHS funding is allocated within approved budgets.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence financial decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, developing effective solutions.
