Job summary

Vercity in the UK is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial management across a portfolio of renewable infrastructure projects. The role acts as the project-level Finance Director, partnering with senior stakeholders and boards.

You are ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 4+ years post-qualification, strong technical accounting and modelling skills, and comfort operating in a high‑governance environment. Hybrid role with days in Leeds, London, Swanley or on project.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 4+ years post-qualification experience.
• Practice trained preferred but not essential, with industry exposure.
• Strong technical accounting and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning financial management, governance and statutory compliance for complex SPVs.
• Leading covenant, debt, budgeting, forecasting and financial model management.
• Presenting to and advising Boards, funders and senior stakeholders.
• Managing audits, tax, cash flows and shareholder distributions.
• Reporting on the financial impact of commercial activity.
