Sheridan Maine are pleased to be partnering with a long established organisation based in Hampshire to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to join their head office accounting team.As Finance Manager, you’ll play a strategic key role in steering financial modelling, forecasting and in depth and comprehensive analysis. The role would ideally suit a fully qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA). The position would be responsible for the following key areas :

  • Create robust financial models that assist with strategic decisions
  • Spearhead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, delivering insights that drive business performance
  • Oversee cash flow management to ensure financial resilience and operational continuity
  • Act as a key contact with external partners and agencies to uphold transparency and trust
  • Strengthen financial governance through effective controls, accurate statutory reporting, and full compliance with regulatory standards

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills & experience :

  • Experience of corporate strategy and planning
  • Strong excel and financial modelling experience
  • Knowledge of working within a regulated finance environment
  • Fully qualified Accountant ( ACCA / ACA / CIMA )
