Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - Data and Analytics

Location: Hybrid between office and closest CHSW site, travel to Little Bridge House as required and flexible around core hours.

Hours: 37 hours per week - flexible to part time/flexible hours requests but expectation is for 30 hours per week minimum.

Salary: £46,335 - £52,520 FTE

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance and Business Intelligence team at CHSW. The role supports the Head of Finance and Business Intelligence in delivering a high-performing finance function across CHSW. As a strategic finance partner, you provide insightful analysis, financial modelling and performance reporting for key areas including Retail and Fundraising. You also lead the development and implementation of business intelligence tools, dashboards and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Responsibilities
