CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a leading organisation based in Fareham, Hampshire to recruit a Senior Finance Manager. This is a respected, high-performing employer known for its supportive culture, excellent retention, and genuine focus on work-life balance.

Sitting within the Finance Operations Management Team, this position acts as a key link between the accounting service function, finance business partners, and wider stakeholders. You ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where continuous improvement, insight, and accuracy are valued.

What will the Senior Finance Manager role involve?

• Lead and develop a large finance team (around staff including 3 direct reports).
• Oversee period-end close, review key outputs, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners to interpret key cost drivers, support financial performance reviews, and advise on technical accounting matters.
• Deliver meaningful analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Champion process improvement and efficiency across the Finance Operations function.
