We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager - Group Technical Accounting & Reporting to join our client's Group Reporting team on a contract basis (3-6 months). Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting, this high-profile role will ensure compliance with IFRS and deliver accurate, high-quality Group financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support across the Group
  • Lead the preparation of Group statutory accounts and manage the external audit process
  • Monitor and implement new and revised IFRS standards
  • Prepare and present technical papers to senior management and the Audit Committee
  • Support key business projects and assess accounting implications
  • Manage and develop a small team
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / CA or equivalent)
  • Strong technical accounting and IFRS knowledge (IFRS 16 advantageous)
  • Proven in-house experience within a large, fast-paced organisation (FTSE / multinational)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
