Job Description

• Financial stewardship of UK Subsidiary
• Supporting the BU Managing Director
• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the department.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial insights.
• Oversee cash flow management and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their development.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the transport and distribution industry.
