• Proficiency in preparing budgets, forecasts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Familiarity with VAT returns and revenue recognition processes.
• Excellent Excel skills, including the ability to manage complex financial models.

• Ability to provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee adherence to newly implemented financial policies, procedures, and controls, refining them as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact with external auditors during the annual statutory audit, addressing queries and requests.
• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with local regulations for international operations.
• Support the Head of Finance in managing month-end close processes and preparing budgets and forecasts for central costs.
• Partner with budget holders to ensure financial clarity and accountability across departments such as IT, Facilities, and Corporate Services.
• Review quarterly VAT returns and assist in revenue recognition calculations for long-term productions.
• Collaborate with the wider team to maximize the benefits of the company's ERP and production management tools.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members.
• Take on additional projects and tasks as required by the Head of Finance and CFO.
