Overview

Your new company: A leading international independent bank, offering a wide range of financial services across Asia, the UK, and the US. The business focuses on digital transformation, cross-boundary banking, and sustainability, aiming for net-zero emissions by 2050.

Your new role: You will be supporting the Finance Director and managing the day-to-day finance function for the bank. This involves management and financial reporting, regulator reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and process improvement, particularly focusing on the financial systems. You will be managing a small team of 6 and deputise the Finance Director as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end closing and delivery of MI and financial reports
• Manage all regulatory reporting covering BOE, PRA and Automated Exchange of Information reporting
• Support budgeting and financial planning
• Support implementation of new system
• Team management (6)

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience within banking (or wider financial services) and have good experience with Power BI, FP&A and financial reporting. You will enjoy process improvements and managing a team.
