• Own payroll cycle - PAYE, pensions, and HMRC compliance.
• Lead month-end close with accurate journal entries.
• Produce high-impact financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and receiveables.
• Approve all financial outgoings accurately.
• Ensure Xero accuracy and financial controls.
• Lead finance meetings and assist in complex queries.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation.
• Partner with external accountants on VAT.
• Coach finance team for high performance.
