I’m working with a highly desirable, fast‑paced organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join the team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a pivotal commercial role supporting one of the core growth areas of the business — ideal for someone who thrives on adding value, driving insight, and influencing strategic decision‑making. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, lead a high‑performing team, and take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across a critical portfolio.

The Role

As the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of 3, ensuring high‑quality output and strong business collaboration
• Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle for a key growth division
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing insightful commercial analysis and recommendations
• Deliver robust month‑end reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
• Influence strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance optimisation
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
