Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Autonomous and self-motivated.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Business Partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Provide financial insight, support and constructive challenge to improve performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for strategic decision-making.
• Deliver variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases and commercial initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities; recommend profitability improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and reporting methodologies.
