Job summary

Kohler Mira Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner in Cheltenham for a hybrid role with significant P&L ownership and strategic finance support.

You will collaborate with the Sales Director and senior leaders to influence commercial decisions, provide forecasting and analysis, and drive profitability across Orders, Sales and Margin. The role requires qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP/BPC, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA is essential.

• Experience with SAP and BPC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for Orders, Sales and Margin with insightful commentary.
• Partner with the Sales Director and Sales Senior Leadership Team on strategy.
• Lead financial input into IBP, including DMR and IRR processes.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and controls for rebates and funds.
• Lead the FP&A process for Product and Customer Sales and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain price increase modelling for margin optimization.
• Model investment opportunities and assess commercial returns.
• Analyze promotional performance to improve ROI.
• Provide actionable insight into performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and controls across all financial reporting.
• Undertake ad hoc analysis and support as required.

Senior Finance Business Partner

Hybrid-with at least 3 days out of 5 per week onsite in Cheltenham.

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to Drive commercial performance through insight, influence, and strategic partnership.

In this role, you'll provide vital financial insight across Orders, Sales, and Margin, helping the business understand performance, uncover opportunities, and drive profitable growth. You'll be a trusted partner to the Sales Director and Senior Leadership Team, delivering meaningful analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance that support smarter investment decisions and stronger commercial outcomes.

You’ll combine sharp commercial acumen with robust financial analysis to challenge thinking, influence decision‑making, and identify ways to create value. Working closely with colleagues across the commercial organisation, you’ll build strong relationships, provide proactive support, and help shape the future direction of the business.

Specific Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for Orders, Sales and Margin performance, providing clear insight and commentary.
• Business partner with the Sales Director and Sales Senior Leadership Team to support decision making and commercial strategy.
• Lead financial input into the IBP process, including preparing and attending Demand Management Review (DMR) and Internal Reconciliation Review (IRR).
• Ownership of Balance Sheet reconciliations and controls relating to Rebate Payments, Investment Funds and overall commercial balance sheet position.
• Lead the Financial Planning process for Product and Customer Sales, ensuring robust forecasting and alignment to business strategy.
• Develop and maintain Price Increase modelling to support commercial decisions and margin optimisation.
• Model investment opportunities and assess commercial returns to support decision making.
• Review and analyse promotional performance to drive improved return on investment.
• Provide clear and actionable insight into commercial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across commercial functions to enhance collaboration and financial understanding.
• Support continuous improvement of commercial financial processes and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and control across all financial processes and reporting.
• Undertake ad hoc analysis and support as required.

Member of the Finance Community

Promotes and contributes to the Finance team in order to share information, drive best practice finance solutions in reporting, analysis, decision support and business partnering.
