About the role.

We're looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving growth, performance, and strategic value across the business.

As a key commercial finance leader, you'll work closely with divisional leadership to shape strategy, deliver insight, and support ambitious, data-driven decision‑making. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll combine financial expertise with commercial acumen to influence outcomes, optimise profitability, and enable long‑term success.

Crucially, you'll also play an integral role in shaping and supporting some of our most exciting growth initiatives - contributing directly to the future direction of the business and helping to realise our long‑term ambitions.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and translating numbers into meaningful business action.

How you’ll make a difference.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic insight, financial challenge, and commercial support that drives performance and growth.
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision‑making and shape divisional strategy.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, agility, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing models, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
  • Deliver insightful performance analysis and KPIs to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion continuous improvement in financial and operational reporting, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and decision support.
  • Ensure robust financial governance, supporting audit, compliance, and effective cost management.
  • Mentor and support junior finance team members, promoting collaboration, innovation, and commercial excellence.
About you.
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Strong background in commercial finance and business partnering.
  • Proven experience in pricing, profitability analysis, or financial modelling.
  • Experience
What’s in it for you.

We believe success should be recognised and rewarded. When you join us, you’ll benefit from:

  • A competitive salary and annual bonus.
  • Five weeks’ holiday plus public holidays, with the option to buy extra leave.
  • Access to an on‑site gym.
  • Life assurance (4x salary) and a company pension scheme.
  • Enhanced family leave for maternity, paternity and adoption.
  • Dedicated Wellbeing and Volunteering Days each year.
