Job description
The Role

You'll be responsible for producing accurate and insightful management accounts, budgets and forecasts, and delivering high-quality financial analysis to support key business decisions. Working closely with senior managers, you'll help shape strategic and operational plans, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and control costs.

  • Lead the production and review of Group management accounts and forecasts.
  • Deliver detailed financial commentary and analysis for senior stakeholders and Board reports.
  • Build strong relationships with budget holders, providing trusted financial advice.
  • Oversee Power BI income reporting and financial modelling for new and existing products.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance financial control and reporting.
  • Manage and develop the Finance Business Partnering team.
  • Support statutory reporting, audits, and the wider finance function as required.
About You

You're a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in management accounting, business partnering, and financial analysis. You combine technical expertise with commercial insight and excellent communication skills.
