Job summary

Castle Employment Group are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the Scarborough area to appoint an experienced finance professional on an ongoing interim basis. Working with the Finance Director, this full-time role covers financial planning, reporting and commercial activity, and involves involvement in key business projects.

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Experience within manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance background.
• Available at short notice and able to commit to a full-time interim role.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Director across day-to-day and strategic finance activity.
• Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Provide commercial insight to support operational and investment decisions.
• Support wider business initiatives, including potential M&A activity.
• Reviewing and improving financial reporting, controls and processes.

We are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the Scarborough area as they look to appoint an experienced finance professional on an ongoing interim basis.

Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a full-time role providing immediate support across financial planning, reporting and commercial activity, alongside involvement in key business projects.
