Let’s transform banking forever
ClearBank is built on the belief that banking infrastructure shouldn't slow down progress. Quite the opposite. Speed it up and that's when you unlock potential. When you really start to innovate.
That spirit and 'can-do' attitude is why our clients - from FinTechs and crypto platforms, to banks and credit unions - choose to use our API to power their banking infrastructure.
But it's our people who are the stars here. They power that innovation, push harder to break boundaries. They make coming to work (or working from home) fun. They're the ones we trust to catapult our clients to success. Just as they trust us to build a business that's always striding forward.
ClearBank is a place where you can do things differently and challenge the status quo. We will give you a high level of autonomy and transparency, and we trust you to make the right decisions for the bank.
If that excites you, how about joining our UK Finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner? Reporting to UK CFO.
The Senior Finance Partner will act as a key strategic and operational leader within the UK Finance team, deputising for the UK CFO and providing comprehensive financial oversight and insight across the UK Bank. This role is a broad finance role, covering all elements of the finance function and would be ideal for a finance leader looking to step up into a CFO role in the future.
Operating in a matrix model, Senior Finance Partner will lead on all aspects of control and oversight, ensuring that services delivered by Group finance teams - covering financial control, financial reporting, prudential compliance and treasury - meet the highest standards, while maintaining independence and robust oversight for the UK entity. The role holder will also lead on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance activities to support decision-making and drive performance in the UK utilising the Group Finance functions.
This is a highly visible role, requiring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at senior levels.
